within 5 days of delivery to obtain full credit. WE WILL REFUSE ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS!
All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached (especially the protective "TeddyGirl.com" panty tag through panties). We cannot accept lingerie set returns if the panty tag is removed! For obvious hygiene reasons, panties from sets should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment. Please try the other pieces on first, never try the panty until you know you're keeping the set!
Hosiery items and Pre-Packaged Lingerie must be in original, sealed package since these are "One Size" items with display photos from the package shown on our site. Opened hosiery packages are not returnable and not eligible for credit.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that orders which received Free Shipping are subject to a flat fee of $7.95 should the order total fall below the $60.00 promotional minimum after exchanges and/or returns.
There will be a re-shipping charge if you need to exchange an item for a different size.NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
All intimate items and underwear items sold separately (not part of a set) are NOT returnable if plastic tag is removed. All Padded Panties, Hip/Butt Pads, Breast Pads/Bra Accessories/Breast Forms, Thongs, Bikinis, Pouches, Gaffs, -- anything that touches the most intimate body areas or have hygiene concerns will not be returnable.
We will make no exceptions to this policy in compliance with consumer hygiene protection laws.
For your protection, panties and personal items will have a tag through them reading "TeddyGirl.com - Please Review Return Policies Before Removing This Tag" to alert you that the tag must be in tact to be considered for return. DO NOT remove the tag if you have any doubts about the product. Once tag is removed, it cannot be returned in compliance with federal consumer protection hygiene laws. To protect our employees and customers, we must be able to insure the item has never touched an intimate area; if the tag is gone, we can't make this determination.

"FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE" items are NOT returnable under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for reading the product page which clearly states that the item is final clearance and is NOT returnable. A 20% CANCELLATION FEE may be charged for all order cancellations, refused or unclaimed shipments. Unfortunately, it's far more work to cancel an order than to ship it, forcing us to implement this fee effective January 3, 2007. This fee covers our labor for processing/packing an order and then reversing the procedures again our shipping and billing systems. It also covers our and credit card processing fee (they charge us as soon as you place the order).COMPARISON SHOPPING:
Please compare our policies to competitor's sites, many do not allow returns or have a 'no refund' policy (offering exchanges or store credit only). We do allow refunds for returns made in accordance with our RMA instructions via a trackable delivery method. We expect items to be returned in the same manner they left us, improperly returned items will incur restocking charges up to 30%.
